A thought provoking and creative process of moving away from pain

I love to see my clients gain an understanding of their pain, their movements and how these are influenced by so many factors unique to them, for example emotions or injury.

A thought provoking and creative process of moving away from pain

We work together so they develop the tools, skills and knowledge to move away from pain.

I help THEM. Not the pain. Not the back or neck. Not the stiff joints or tight muscles. I help them as a whole.

Even from the get-go, they are feeling, thinking and making discoveries. Taking action on their journey of moving away from pain.

New clients this week (who have been stuck in an unrelenting pain cycle) have shared...

'I knew before movement works that I was misaligned. This week I began to understand why and more importantly how to correct it. Sarah advised to walk, and listen with my ears, and this has been a revelation, I feel like I’ve got my ‘swagger’ back with walking!'

'The breathing really helped me yesterday as my mid back was super tense and the breathing eased it. I love mind body connection stuff'.

'Yeah, I feel empowered. I sorted it myself. I know how'.

'Embodiment... the subjective awareness (from inside), through which we feel, think, perceive the world, relate and take action.

It is the subjective awareness, attention, intention, posture, breathing and movement.' Mark Walsh

It is how we are / the way we are.

This awareness of the body allows us to change towards pain free opportunities.

It goes hand in hand with restoring healthy movement, changing neural pathways and strengthening the mind-body connection.

We relate to attention, intention, posture, breathing and movement.

It's a thought provoking and creative process of moving away from pain.

I encourage them to become embodied.

If you'd like to explore this option I am here to help.
