You will undertake a structured system of tests that provide
us with an individual profile highlighting your weak links
and your strengths. Once your profile has been established
we will provide you with an individual tailored stability
and performance retraining programme to strengthen your
weak links. By identifying performance assets you can
fast track training.
Client specific goals and needs may vary but can be tailored
towards sport specific screening, joint specific screening,
injury specific screening, technique related risk, general
base screening or elite performance screening.
